Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, provided all items are in stock.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
Free Standard Shipping is available on U.S. orders over $75.
Orders under $75 will have shipping rates calculated at checkout.
Estimated delivery time for standard shipping is 2–5 business days, depending on location.
Orders are shipped primarily via USPS and UPS, and in some cases FedEx or DHL.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Velarosa Studio is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Canada Shipping
We ship to Canada.

Orders may be shipped via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL.
Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees.
Orders refused or returned due to unpaid customs fees are not eligible for refunds or store credit.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries.

Delivery times vary depending on destination, carrier, and customs clearance.

Customs delays
Import duties or taxes
Packages held, delayed, or returned by customs authorities
International customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with local import regulations.
Lost, Stolen or Delivered Packages
Once an order has been shipped, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier.
If tracking shows your package as “Delivered” but you did not receive it, you must contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
Velarosa Studio does not issue refunds, replacements, or store credit for packages marked as delivered.
Orders returned due to incorrect addresses, refusal, or unclaimed shipments are not eligible for refunds.
