RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Returns, Exchanges & Store Credit

At Velarosa Studio, we carefully curate and create each product. If for any reason an item does not meet your expectations, we are happy to assist under the following terms.

Customers have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Returns are accepted only for exchange or store credit.

Refunds to the original payment method are not offered.

Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, including all tags and packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

within the 7-day window, including your order number.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, an exchange or store credit will be issued. Store credit has no cash value and does not expire.

Apparel & Accessories

Returns are accepted only for apparel and accessories that meet the conditions above.

Items showing signs of wear, use, washing, or damage caused after delivery will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

Handmade, Custom & Personal Care Items

Due to the nature of handmade, custom-made, and personal care products, all sales are final.

Returns, exchanges, or store credit are accepted only if the item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

If approved, we will:

Replace the item if available, or

Issue a store credit if replacement is not possible.

We are not responsible for damage caused by packages left unattended in extreme weather conditions (heat, cold, rain).

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment only.

Once an order has shipped, cancellations are not possible.

Final Sale Items

Items marked as Final Sale, promotional items, clearance items, and gift cards are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
