Shipping & delivery
In-stock items are generally prepared within 1–2 business days. Made-to-order pieces may need 2–7 business days before dispatch. Transit time is additional.
Rates and delivery estimates depend on your items and destination and are confirmed at checkout. Items may arrive in separate parcels.
Returns by product type
Eligible standard items: request a return within 14 days for store credit. Beauty & wellness: 30-day return window with refunds to the original payment method.
Candles, wax melts, socks, personalized and made-to-order items are final sale. If an item arrives damaged, contact us promptly; the reporting window depends on the product.
